Thank you for contemplating MokSana's 300-hour Advanced Teacher Training Program. We welcome new and active teachers who have completed any 200-hour program recognized by the Yoga Alliance to continue your journey on your teaching path with us.

 

Our 300hr Advanced TTP aims to guide current teachers to:

 

  • refine teaching skills in a variety of styles and approaches including Yogahour™, Vinyasa, Yin, Yoga Nidra, Restorative, Trauma-Informed, and Prenatal

  • explore and define one's purpose on the teaching path

  • deepen knowledge of anatomy, functional movement, energetics, philosophy, history, ethics, and business

  • contend with past, current and future challenges in the vast realm of yoga

  • inspire the endless journey towards becoming A Transcendent Teacher.

 

Our flexible program consists of 7 Core Modules plus 5 Elective Modules.  Classroom time (270 hours)  plus a minimum of 30 hours of assigned homework create our comprehensive 300-hour curriculum.  All of our modules can be taken in any order, though our first 4 Core Modules are inspired by upward rising of the Chakras. Students can work at their own pace to complete the program within 4 years.
