This offering is a passion project that incorporates a deeper understanding of trauma theory, physiology and how to support regulation and resilience in yoga practice.

 

Trauma informed yoga teaching supports an experience of safety for our students. Whether or not a person identifies as having trauma, creating a safe experience can be a profound way to open up more possibilities in practice for all students.

  • Skills designed to support students to have agency and confidence in their practice

  • How trauma can influence movement and relationship to the body
